Inner sleeve with credits.

Runout inscriptions are etched, there can be one or the other separate character (letter/number/symbol) that is stamped, e.g. variant 5, side A/B: 3/C.
1 S or S 1, 2 S or S 2 in some cases can be rotated by 180°, appearing upside-down and looking in other direction, e.g. variant 5, S 2 on both sides.
Some of the characters can be etched very lightly onto the surface, and therefore hard to recognize and decipher, in this case question mark stands for such character, like ? in variant 3, side B, that stands for character that might be a stamped letter P, but this can't be established with certainty.
G on side B, variant 5, has additional short vertical line going downward from the tip of the short horizontal line (-) of letter G.
