Collected is a 23-minute program with snippets of live performance and music video clips edited together. The Hand That Feeds is the only complete video. The program begins with a montage intro of video and audio clips, including some songs that are not included in the main program (Pinion, Starfuckers, Inc., etc.). All of the songs have been edited to remove offensive language (some with beeps in the case of the Woodstock clip), and the video snippet for Closer features entirely blurred out scenes when involving nudity.

The DVD also includes an interactive discography of Halos 1 through 19 called Body of Work in which select tracks have playable audio or video clips. Halos 1-4 in the discography do not include pictures of the cover art and have no interactive audio clips. Unlike the Collected program, audio clips and video clips are not censored in the interactive discography, and the clip of the Closer Stereo track from The Downward Spiral DualDisc DVD-A entry is not blurred and includes the scenes of nudity.

These were given away for free by mail if you signed up for the official Nine Inch Nails mailing list on the website within the limited time they were available. Also given away at GameStop stores.
