None of the release jackets are included. The format is a book with sleeves/pages, and contains Hoyt Axton's Joy To The World; Jerry Corbitt's Jerry Corbitt; and Leo Kottke's Mudlark. These are listed here as sides AB, EF and IJ respectively. There are also three non-Capitol discs: Axton's My Griffin Is Gone; Corbitt's/The Youngblood's Get Together The Youngbloods First Album; and Kottke's 6- And 12-String Guitar. These are listed as sides CD, GH and KL respectively. Some of the non-Capitol discs have minor runout differences from their sibling releases. What arrangement resulted in Capitol procuring the pressings from the OEMs, possibly with new masters, is a mystery.
The release includes a 20-page, 10x10 booklet with an introduction (quoted, in part, above), photos and short bios of the artists, the words to Indian Song by Axton, and the tracklists and cover images from the Capitol albums.
Where the pressing plants or other mastering credits are identified in the runouts, the release catalogue numbers are included for clarity. The sides are ordered according to the original placement of the discs in the book (and the implications of the booklet). Note that B5, Farther Along & Old Time Religion were not composed by Axton, despite the text on the label. Also, the credits for personnel on the three Capitol releases are in the booklet, and do not specify which tracks are performed by which artists. Therefore credit for all tracks on the respective LPs is listed for clarity, not accuracy.
