1984 - 1992

Tracks 2 & 14 are EP rel. only.
Track 3 is a 1985 studio jam.
Tracks 4 & 12 are re-recorded 1991.
Tracks 5 & 11 are unreleased.
Tracks 7 & 15 are Radio Edits.
Track 10 is re-recorded 1986.
Track 17 is a 1991 studio jam.

Track 1: adapted from the 1991 demonstration material for the forthcoming album.

Track 2: recorded during the 1989 [m=12845] sessions, this track was only previously released as a very limited EP B-side in 1990.

Track 3: 1985 studio jam version of the [m=12757] album track. This version was recorded during the [m=12774] sessions and features Reed St.Mark on co-lead vocals. It was later remixed and Martin re-recorded the bass. It was released as the B-side of the limited edition [m=12795] EP, with the remark Party Mix because of its liveliness and laughter inbetween the vocals.

Track 4: remixed and partially re-recorded version of the 1988 [m=12822] track. It features a restored drum track and fresh guitars.

Track 5: the only track recorded by Celtic Frost was cowritten by Reed. Martin wrote the lyrics on the mixing desk within a few minutes. The track was to be the B-side of the [m=376160] EP, but then considered unreleaseable in our post-Pandemonium shock in 1987.

Track 6: taken from the album [m=12845], released 1990.

Track 7: a tribute to Marilyn Monroe. Radio Edit of the [m=12822] album version, 1988.

Track 8: This track was originally deleted from the album [m=12806] in 1987, as the record company considered it unreleaseable to a Hard Rock/Heavy Metal audience.

Track 9: taken from the album [m=12845], released 1990.

Track 10: partially re-recorded (Martin's bass) and remixed version of the [m=12774] album track. This version was released in Spring 1986 on the [m=12795] EP. It is by far the ultimate mix of this song.

Track 11: from the first four tracks Celtic Frost recorded with Reed St.Mark, after he had only been with the band a few weeks, in April 1985. Three songs were later released as the [m=12761] EP, this one remained unreleased. An attempted transcript of the lyrics for reproduction here proved impossible. The version featured here was remixed in 1985.

Track 12: remixed and partially re-recorded version of the 1988 [m=12822] track, featuring a restored drum track and new guitars.

Track 13: taken from the album [m=12774], 1985.

Track 14: released in 1987 as a one-track promotional EP, called The Collector's Celtic Frost, limited to 1000 copies. Recorded during the [m=12806] sessions, and originally performed by Dean Martin.

Track 15: Radio Edit of the [m=12806] album version, 1987.

Track 16: taken from the album [m=12845], 1990.

Track 17: 1991 studio jam of the track that was first released by celtic frost on the [m=12806] album, in 1987. The song was originally recorded by Wall Of Voodoo.

Track 18: adapted from the 1991 demonstration material for the forthcoming album.
