Regina Richards with her band Red Hot released a few records circa 1980-81. In 1985 she penned Baby Love with Stephen Bray and they offered the song to Madonna, who Bray wrote for frequently, and she declined so it was recorded and released under the name Regina and hit #10 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1986.
